Guided by Saudi Vision 2030, we are committed to creating lasting, sustainable change through an ambitious development strategy.<\/p>\n

The Association continues to achieve significant milestones through an integrated portfolio of programs and initiatives. By expanding public awareness, strengthening early detection, upskilling healthcare practitioners, and empowering patients and survivors, these efforts have driven a vital shift: moving beyond raising basic awareness toward fostering proactive health practices and elevating quality of life<\/p>\n

This impact is reflected in tangible outcomes and key performance indicators that demonstrate the scale of these efforts. Supported by effective strategic partnerships and a strong media presence, the Association has successfully extended its message to wider audiences, solidifying its position as a leading enabler within the non-profit healthcare sector<\/p>\n

Our journey began with a deeply personal story – one where the profound pain of loss was transformed into a beacon of hope.<\/p>

In 1994, while pursuing her master’s degree in the United States, Dr. Souad Bin Amer received the devastating news that her mother had been diagnosed with breast cancer. Despite her education and knowledge, Dr. Souad came face-to-face with a challenging reality: a profound lack of public awareness and understanding of the disease.<\/p>

From that deeply personal experience, a spark of hope emerged in her mother\u2019s heartfelt wish before her passing: \u201cWomen need to be aware of this. They must learn, take care of themselves, and get screened.” That wish became the foundation of an ambitious vision and a lifelong promise. What began as community awareness efforts in 1997 grew steadily, culminating in 2007 with the official establishment of Zahra Association as Saudi Arabia\u2019s first organisation dedicated exclusively to breast cancer awareness and support.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
